Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid film critic who reviews Z-graded films typically in the martial arts or horror categories. Her style and approach are similar to that of The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action films with a morbid fascination. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009 and, after garnering some recognition on the forums (under the old name Obscurus Lupa) she became a member of the Channel Awesome family. The website was her home up until the end of 2015, which is when Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
